Maintenance Management
- Monitoring and controlling mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and their servicing.
- Coordinating planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance schedules with M & E/ electronic systems consultants and contractors.
- Keeping proper record of building-related plans and maintenance files.
- Innovatively planning and implementing prudent energy management programmes.
- Providing systems for security and crisis management.
- Conducting a property inspection at commencement of our services to verify the building’s present condition and identifying needed repairs or replacements.

General Administration
- Implementing policies and decisions of the Joint Management Committee (JMC) or Management Council (MC), and assisting in organizing committee/council meetings and annual general meetings/extraordinary general meetings.
- Managing, administering, maintaining and regulating the use and enjoyment of the building complex and common facilities.
- Generating periodic statements of accounts, collecting service charges or other dues, and preparing annual budgets.
- Conducting supervision of duties and works carried out by contracted service providers.
- Complying with all relevant provisions in the statutes and keeping track of changes in statutory requirements.
- Ensuring adequate provision of insurance cover for building and other risks
